Watkins Constructions

35 year ago John Watkins created Watkins Constructions, (incorporatedv in 1990) carrying out top storey additions and commercial work. Originlly based in Sutherland Shire while studying and training before expanding to sydney centre. The highly successful business grew into a company offering project homes, architectural homes, townhouse, villa and unit construction.then securing largecommercial projects involving  sites in the CBD and inner suburbs specialising  in defit and refit/upgrading/compilance and value enhancement with nationally reknown  chains and businesses. As a result the firm moved into development of land, villas and units when he moved his young family to the Southern Highlands for its open spaces and excellent schools. On a smaller scale the company is now actively involved in Consulting, renovating, price enhancement and property problem solving as well as sales of residential, commercial and industrial property.
